Stuff you've found on TV worth watching

Binge watched Series 1 last night.
Some of the police related content was implausible.
Specifically, rank abbreviations. Procedures. Too much to list.
However, live facial recognition technology has been used by
police forces with large urban areas in the UK, for over ten years.
So far as I know, special LFR cameras are required and are only
placed in areas where there's a high relative throughput of
criminals, terrorists, those on watchlists etc.
I did think that DCI Carey, 'flipping' to join the other side was
a bit of a stretch. I suppose it gives the plot somewhere to go.
All that said. Its infinitely better than Vigil. That was toe-curlingly bad.

Series 1 was good
I found series 2 a little convoluted
Still worth a watch though compared to other dross

Watching Suspect which is quite good too

Heard not so good things about the new Keeley Hawes one and Ridley is poor I think so we lapsed into Long lost families which at least has a happy ending

Agree. Capture could've been eight episodes in one series and avoided going down various rabbit holes in Series 2.
Thanks again for the tip. Definitely worth watching. Surprisingly so, considering what a clusterf##k Vigil was.

Karen Pirie continues to disappoint for me. A long drawn out storyline lots of mumbling (could be my ears though) and not especially good acting. I will see it through though as I want to know who the baddie is
