Congratulations to Matt et al for the new Alfa forum. It's looks very good and is already populating well.

PH

Yes that's the Tess nagging factor so I am led to believe (or is it the cup cakes?)

It's gone way better than expected thanks to Nick, Kev, Tony and Chris too. (The mods)

Ah right..Thanks for clearing that up....

Both forums have their own feel and identity and the last thing we want to do is have a negative effect on the SportsMaseati community. SM is and always be my primary concern....and first love!

The goal was to give SA some shared forums with SM so it had some topics to get it off the ground plus make it as seamless as possible to flip between the two with a single login but retain stats relating to each forum.

As for styling, if its wanted I can apply the SA styling to SM or have it as a user selectable option but I don't want to disrupt the harmony or feel on SM that has taken years to evolve.

Conscious for me, at least, that I don't want to impose too much SM ness on the new forum.

Indeed Kitty its a 2 way street and I think SA will fly and find its own identity and feel over time.

Been and had a look and it looks quite nice. I certainly have feet in both camps so will probably flit back and too between them both
