And the seats, maybe..Big Sherlock fan?! It’s not really any different to getting a tattoo of Ronaldo and at least you can change the side panels.
Had to get them to start it up before I bought it because the slash cut exhausts are not standard. Made a very nice, just about tolerable, gorgeous sound. And the seats, maybe..
Great looking engines and a very well regarded bike by all accounts..! Nice one .
19K for an exhaust that's Madness.
The
The whole bike stands him in at £80k
Ducati is Maserati - just spelt different when it comes to parts
Met this guy at the weekend
This is 2016 WSB spec bike,165kg wet, 220+Bhp, the exhaust is £19k it shreds clutches every 500 miles and it’s 19 litre tank runs dry in less than 100miles
The seat is like a board and the lights are for show only
You need some minerals to ride it
I remember an R1 advert saying how much Yamaha spent on making this year's bike lighter than last year's...Was the guy vastly overweight as often is the way with these type of bikes. Old, fat and the bike doesn't get ridden like intended. Tell him if you see him again, he's better off spending £75k of that £80k on personal training and buying a £5k bike, he will go much faster,r
Any born-agains / old twots here? Or more specifically anyone done a cbt recently? Got mine next week, finally after a 3 month wait. (So I’ll finally be able to ride my old Vespa). Haven’t ridden a geared bike for 30 years and I’m a tad nervous lol. What can I expect from my cbt? Does anyone actually fail it?

I have done a CBT recently* and it was two parts. First on 'private land' for me an old airfield where basic bike control is taught. The test is an "emergency stop" which two youths failed first time by locking up and falling off. Those still alive go on to second part which is proper bike test on urban roads. All follow the instructor / examiner with radio headset. I was somewhat surprised to find we had to join dual carriageway way national speed limit. Was told to rev out the Suzuki Van-Van as we had to match speed of traffic.Any born-agains / old twots here? Or more specifically anyone done a cbt recently?
