I've now reduced the price on Ebay and PH to £23,750......

I doubt that £250 is going to make a difference Si. Whatever happens, a potential buyer is going to make an offer below asking price. If you're keen to sell then I'd suggest you offer it at your rock-bottom price, state that it's not open to offers and do not budge on it.
FWIW I think your price is reasonable for a non-leather/LE car and what will be seen as relatively high mileage.

If your confident in the car ,i would offer a free indie inspection ,only to be refunded on the sale of the car , gives the potential buyers confidence

Both above posts make sense....throw in a free indie inspection to give confidence to people and reduce it to the lowest your willing to go with no offer....

Arthur Daley would have been proud of that sort of cheeky reduction to get the punters interested..... 11 watchers on Ebay - maybe I should charge for 'pay for view' :)

Good ideas boys regarding PPI - I'll have a think about how I could logistically work that out.

Guess the other alternative is to have potential buyers speak with Migliore cars who can give an accurate account of condition etc.

ring migliore 1st and then advertise it giving their number to people who wish to call up.....

that way if migliore get a few calls then odds on those watchers will be putting in a bid.....

Si, mines being the same, not much happening. I dont think its the price, its the climate and the type or car. Was chatting to Loz yesterday and he quite rightly points out that we need a bit more sun to come out.

I am off to Ace next Thursday for the Italian and forum night, so I am going to advertise it there, you never know, its the type of place dreamers go!

A little from SM, but none from Ebay/PH - but I do have my 11 watchers on eBay...

Early days yet so fingers crossed, but then again I'm in no real hurry to sell.

£250 reduction is remarkably generous compared to the reduction just done on the £40k MCV.......its now £39,995. £5 reduction - Woo, and indeed, hoo. :)

At least I haven't turned the clock back from 80k to 8k, like the MCV

All I need now is a windscreen sticker saying 'one lady owner' and I'll have them lining up. Seriously though, I'm happy to throw in a 2010 National Trust car sticker to seal the deal..

I had a chap look at it last weekend. He seemed interested, but was also looking at circa 28-32k GSs so not sure whether he was still looking at the cars rather than buying one at this stage. 18 watchers on Ebay though - probably most are off SM...
