I'm still thinking about selling my GS and will probably be putting it on eBay / Pistonheads shortly.

If anyone is interested........(and thanks in advance to Adam for letting me use some of his photos)....

Freshly serviced (major 56k scheduled service), Taxed and MOT’d until February 2012 Maserati V8 4200 GranSport Coupe

2005 (05-Reg),55k miles, Full Service History (Maserati Main Dealers / Specialists).

Grigio Touring Silver with Black Leather and Nero Competizione (the darker and more desirable) Techno Cloth interior, 19 inch Graphite Trofeo Alloy Wheels with Silver Brake Callipers, Parking Sensors, Becker Infotainment CD/MP3 stereo (upgradable for SatNav and phone if desired), F1 Paddle Shift (with Auto function), Skyhook Sports Suspension, Boot Lip Spoiler, ABS, PAS, MSP, Electric memory/heated seats, Driver/Passenger/Side Airbags, Folding Mirrors, Climate, Drilled Aluminium Pedals, Tool Kit, Tyre Inflator, all manuals/documentation/old MOTs and both keys.

A NavTrak tracker has been fitted to the car (not currently active but can be re-activated at anytime if desired).

The bodywork is in excellent condition, save for a few small stone chips/very minor (and hardly noticeable) scratches and comes Zym̦l protected. The front bumper has a very minor crease which has resulted in a very small amount of cracking in the lacquer (see photo) Рthis again is quite minor and hardly noticeable (and quite difficult to photo) but thought it best to flag it. Interior is in very good conidtion also and has recently been professionally valeted.

The wheels are in perfect condition and the tyres all have a good amount of tread left.

The detailed service history is as follows:

01/03/05 - 0 miles - Maranello - First registered
24/08/05 - 6,616 miles - JCT 600 - Maserati Leeds
13/06/06 - 15,186 miles - Graypaul - Maserati Edinburgh
07/11/06 - 17,278 miles - Graypaul - Maserati Nottingham
15/11/07 - 25,640 miles - Noble Motorsport
17/11/08 - 36,131 miles - Noble Motorsport
27/01/10 - 42,254 miles - Italia Autosport
27/01/11 – 54,612 miles - Migliore Cars

The last service at Migliore Cars (a Maserati and Ferrari specialist in Birmingham - http://www.ferrarimaserati.co.uk) in late January this year was the major 56k scheduled service (including all fluids, filters, spark plugs and drive belt). The MOT was also undertaken at the same time and the car passed with flying colours with no advisories! Clutch has a reading of 82% wear, but still changes perfectly with no slipping - price reflects the fact that a new clutch may be due in the not too distant future depending on driving style etc. Alternatively, I would be happy to negociate a deal where I would get the clucth done and the buyer pays a little bit more for the car.

Price - £22,995

Matt,

If I sell it quickly, I would be temped to buy yours! With all the mods and the colour combo/its an LE I would be very temped - not sure the wife would be too impressed though..... Your exhaust on the video sounds loud enough to wake the dead.

Well, if you are serious, lets talk, you have my email address. I would say you have advertised your too cheap anyway, I would put it up for £26k and accept £24.5k...you only need to find a few more notes and she's yours!

The exhaust, well, yes fully open its mental, but with the valves shut its perfect. It even has a bypass switch so you can switch on and off 'Mental' mode in sport.

It is an LE, you are correct, and had an SD on Tuesday, clutch at 40% (new it read 24% do the maths!!!) no errors logged, just it had a record of a flat battery, that's it.

Not sure what I will go for Fank- I want to get rid of the Lexus as well and only have one car again (I've had to tax two cars this month). So I would be after something with lower miles so I can pile them on!

Would like to keep it Maserati - maybe a QP? They still seem a bit too big for my needs at the moment.

We'll have to sort something out Adam.

There seem to be a few of us about in the Crewe area so maybe we could have a small meet in the not too distant future (I can't make the Northern meet on the 11th March as I will be away on business).

BTW - it probably looks better now that when you saw it as I've had the parking sensors sorted where I had a little bit of paint flaking, the alloys are now immaculate as I had curbed one slightly just after I had bought it and I've cleaned and fed the leather etc. But the best bit is the engine bay as Migliore gave it a clean when it was in for a service - it looks brand new!

I saw the blue one again this week on Monday I think - the plate was 89 JR or something similar.

The chap always seems to be driving it in normal mode....
