Hi All any recommendations for someone to retro fit CarPlay to my 2016 QP? Ideally based north west

Cheers

says it’s DIY, so if you don’t have the tools, most garages could probably have a go on an hourly rate.

Sports Italia can, or I'd suggest an Aucar unit as the guy that looks after import is very active in terms of support

Keen to hear from others on how this works for them. I have the Joyeauto version (Chinese copy is it?)

I want to have Waze on the screen whilst listening to the radio and be able to take calls. I seem to need to have "player" and "Aux" selected on the MTC otherwise I don't get any sound. Does this sound right?

Only way I have managed to resolve so far is to have my business phone attached to the MTC for calls and my personal phone hooked to the Carplay for the Waze. Does this marry up with your experience or have you found a solution?

On the OEM version, you just keep MTC behind CarPlay unless you need heated seats, radio etc. when Waze is up, the phone and media apps work off the iPlayer screen. The version I have is the wired one.
