I looked at that advert this morning...Thought it looked good and was a good price for a full auro Sport.......Would need it checked out by someone in the know though...

Why would somebody lay a car up for 3 years losing 10-15k to then put it back on the road to sell, plus it's been on eBay at least once before without selling

Plus Falken tyres? Maintenance and running costs obviously an issue for the seller which may highlight other shortcomings.

Falken tyres are good, and hardly budgets...

Just for comparison

255/35/19

Falken - £107.00
Pirelli P zero - £111.00

This Falken thin comes up now and again on here.......Said before never had an issue with Falken....Maybe a little more road noise but still performed really well and definitely not a budget tyre.

I had no problems with them, but I know Wack perceived a significant improvement when he changed them. I wonder if they go off a bit rapidly. In any event, they were fine when I fitted them :)

The car tramlined really badly with Falkens on PS4s transformed it but they were down to 2mm

mind you it's better still now it's had a new steering rack end fitted last night , the steering is much sharper

That's not going to be a great surprise :)

Needs a idler pulley now though, started squeaking again so I got him to take the belt off and it has play, £50 from eurospares so I'm going to ring bowkers later on and order one.

I don't like going up there, they have far too many nice cars on the forecourt , really nice guys though, they'll chat about cars all day without trying to sell you something , mind you I did point out I'd be shopping in the PX zone if they had one

You've broken the new one I gave you already?

that was the tensioner pulley , this one is the idler , good news is the expensive bits are running freely
