When I think of the cars I've sold that I would love to have kept I would need to live in the garage and covert the house for the cars...

I know what you mean...Alfa is very much like Maserati..a love affair. Strange but I would also love to have my Fiat X19 back as well..but then I think thats because it was my first car....

The 8C is a close call but for me, it still does not beat its older sister:

Mind you the rebodied one off Alfa Romeo car featured in the S Times to day is a bit of a gorgeous car too!

Alfa certainly know how to build good looking cars [yes, I'm biased!]. I would still have an 8C Coupe [complete with Maserati bits] if it had the steering wheel in the right place. I say 'would still have' assuming I had the money in the first place.

TZ3 Corsa Zagato.....Lots and influences from the past...One made for some rich buisness man I believe.

TZ3 Corsa Zagato. Not for me I'm afraid. Dog's dinner springs to mind, as does Ferrari Breadvan.

It reminds me of that last Marcos...This car won one of those Elegance things and is worth loads because of it....

Agree Miles, it's an odd one this..sometimes I look at it and think yes it's lovely and then other times no....All depends on thr angle.....

Just wondered what peolples thoughts are on this one as and I quote...."The Alfa Romeo TZ3 is arguably the most elegant racing car this side of an Aston Mastin DB9R"

Sadly Andy I think the pertinent word there is "arguably" and since when was elegance a pre-requisite for a racing car? Make it ugly, make it dog-ugly, but make it fast, make it handle and make it not break! Simples.

No agree Miles........I read the review of this car in Auto Italia this month and the way they talk about it is that it's one of the greats and something Alfa fans have been waiting for for years!!!!!

Mind you Andy, taking my own medicine, if it p!sses all over anything that deigns to sit next to it on the starting grid, then whoopdedoo, instant classic! Oh and if it can deliver the Hovis at the same time, then all the better!
