I spoke to the owner and he is planning to sell this year. I suspect the price at this mileage will be pretty steep and then needs to be used very sparingly to avoid huge depreciation. He also has a 4200 cabrio he bought in 2008 in his collection.

I reckon 100k plus if condition is commensurate to the mileage

didnt know the rag top was a rarer motor, i do hanker for a classic 911 turbo one day, but never bit the bullet
I bought one after a 993 and it was very much a case of 'don't meet your heroes'! Better on an Athena poster based on my experience. Nice to pose in but very tricky to drive (engine pushed further rearward compared to NA cars, v1.0 turbo lag, 4 long gears, not really that fast and liked a drink....

Probably why it has only done 4k miles. Driver hated it or too scared.

Drove a 4 speed 3.0 litre one back in the early 80's in Switzerland and I'm still alive.

glad to hear it, reminds me of the saint gotthard pass, great memories driving through from moons ago, how did you find it, is it a hard car to tame in certain conditions
