The importance of an inspection done on a car as it seems the MOT test is getting more and more worthless in my opinion especially when advisories not given and a car bought from a one Marque specialist.

Our youngest is still at home at 22 and living rent free whilst saving a deposit for his first step on the property ladder. Given h in a expected career path trajectory, he won’t need much support. The eldest is going through a rough patch atm but earnings not effected so independent. Middle lad is independent financially but demanding of my time, given he is in his first year of ownership, that is fair enough. Eldest lad and youngest daughter (as succinctly put above) will be on the payroll for a long time yet as both buying houses but both on relatively poor wages!
At the end of the day; we will always find a way to support them all as they need it.
