The building in the background of this last photo is Colet Court, which was the home of Euston Films when they made Special Branch, The Sweeney and Minder.

Never warmed to the P6 Rover and a 4 door Mk1 or Mk2 Escort is just wrong but a 3.0 Mk1 Granada just super cool, my old man had a 3.0 Ghia in 1976 and we thought is was the dogs dangly bits

One of the gin palace builders was in Kidderminster. Can’t remember who they were maybe @Ewan knows. But you’d often see those things trundling up to the M5 on a lorry. Always seemed odd as it’s about as far from the sea as you can get in England.
