How can a same brand build this, and then end up with this!..........Where did it all go wrong??!!
I had a Rover 75 that was surprisingly well appointed and a bit of a throw back to the good old days of lush leather interiors.

The car was not as bad as many would make out either.

Had a butcher once: 75 was his dream car. Admittedly it was some kind of 'special' edition but could never get my head round it

Mine was a company car and O had little or no choice but it was 3.0 V6 full leather armchair like seat, full spec including colour screen satnav and TV (remember this was 1999) and one of the first “retro” style cars. Quiet and fast, it ate the motorways miles.
It’s not what I would have chosen, but had no complaints and remember it fondly.

Another multi wheeled, multi engined interlude - the two surviving Swindon built 'Warship' class diesel-hydraulic locos 821 'Greyhound' and 832 'Onslaught' paired up on the Severn Valley Railway this weekend, with four Maybach high revving engines making a glorious din between them...

Ruffty tufty SUV Land Rover fails to conquer kerb ...proving their pointlessness unless you have an inferiority complex.
