you do need to get some indoor tailored covers on those beauties, i'd be terrified that something could come off those shelves and land on them:eek:

Not sure tailored covers would protect them from something falling of the shelf, the way they are makes them easy to access, hence they get used more.

- That did happen to us - a bicycle fell from the rafters and landed on a wing that had had a dodgy paint job done by the previous owner - so the good news was we had to get the wing fixed! (And now I always check the bikes are hanging properly)

the bespoke indoor covers are worth every penny, saved my paintwork a few times from careless activity, they have fleecy linings so good for minor things dropping on bodywork and scratches etc, not sure about bikes from a great height though;)
