P0411 Error code

It came on last week and I connected up today and cleared it. It points to:

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected

Can anyone shed any light on that one???

I think that's the one I get. It was cleared by Giallo as not to worry about. But let me double check...

Nope, mine was P0491 & 0492 left & right banks insufficient secondary air flow.

But there do seem to be a few with the same kind of description. Hopefully won't fail an mot due to emissions.

Spoke to Mike and he suggests to check the EGR valve for a pipe that has come adrift.

It was a detached pipe on mine that caused that warning. A five minute fix.

I am assuming Mike was spot on with his diagnosis?

It's somewhere under the detachable side pieces in the engine bay. It should, hopefully, be fairly obvious once you get in there.

Thanks, I had a quick look this morning but could not see it, ill whip the covers off at the weekend. (and the GS rear boxes!)
