Dem, I remember you saying this before. I can't believe you had it and sold it (not litereally) - I love my plates and that has to be the ultimate for you. Must have been a tough decision to let that go.

You got pics of it on the AC? Would love to see it....serisously, that must have been a very, very tough call to sell that.

I know someone who has 4 PM woody and he's had it from the 80s when it wasn't expensive......
Nice plate.

As BigBob said earlier, generally number then letters are less expensive than letters then numbers, but 4 PM must be worth a pretty penny. Tidy plate.

I wish my folkes had given me a middle name, purely so I could get a nice plate! My initials and a nice number is too much money for me.

Aye, you got to do something right to be lumping that on a plate. Did you buy 1 DEM from DVLA? I think the plate selling world is one of the hardest to deal with....the price of a plate vs what someone will pay for it seem to be unrelated.

Such a great pity you had to let that go Dem, it must have been pretty hard to sell it, at least you had the assett to sell and help you out of a hole. I've been there many years ago and it's not a nice place to be, you just pick yourself up and start again. Hopefully one day you will get your plate back, or one just as good.

I use to admire a Countach which belonged to a specialist mechanic in Haywards Heath. It was wearing: 25 LOW. Saw it for sale sometime ago for 23k.

When I lived down south, there was FU2 on an S Class near me. Always laughed everytime I saw it.

Plate was in the Sunday Times last year for £250k.

L00 4 P00 as picture on a sh1t sucking lorry.
One of those lorries that drive around and empties the plastic portaloos on building sites

Very amusing...

I've just bought a new plate only 5 mins ago actually, and no it's not that one :p

Some good ones about, ones that reached the shortlist were:
YO02 SLO
TO53 EXY
PA51 NGU
HE10 FUN

Ultimately settled for 25 FUN

It does seem crazy, but if it's on a vintage minter I can see some logic, but not on such as a fiesta??

I think you've bought the right one from that list Dan. IMHO a plate should not bring adverse attention to a car, or make you look like you have a tiny penis and are trying to make up for it. 'passing u', too sexy' yoo 2 slo' would just make everyone think you are a total w@nker and you'd more than likely find it very attractive to scum and vandals to show their thoughts...
