Diplomatic immunity. They can get away with everything, so, in effect, they are almost above the law. As are ours over there.

Its also a prefacelift car , the door mirrors changed back in 2008. Maybe they bought a 100,000 miler off ebay?

Font suggests a UK plate, they've even got a badly place screw head to back the i which might actualy be a 1?

image.jpgI posted a picture of it here a couple of weeks ago. I was at a wedding in central London and it was right outside my hotel room!

Dicky,
So your hotel room was in the Italian Embassy, that's what the sign on the wall says, you do move in unusual circles??
Cheers

My hotel room looked out over the courtyard where the embassy was. I sneaked in through a (broken) electric private gate. Cousin's wedding in Mayfair, not my usual circles! This Saturday I'll be at at the rugby league Grand Final at Old Trafford for my annual visit to watch the Rhinos do it again, followed by a few pints at my rugby club Race night when I return, much more like my scene :)
