Very strong girl....shes walking and wanting to come home which she is tomorrow....

What a day ive had...got a phone call this morning from my work telling me that a property i sold on sat went 15k over asking price as both my clients were outbiding each other so boss was over the moon....then i got an offer on my flat which i have accepted....so thats 2 sales on my day off haha

Now we have to move back in with my larents which will be tough what with a baby 2 cats and us in 1 room but hopefully itll only be for 3 months max just until we find somewhere....

Dem, one piece of advice is to sleep, sleep, sleep whilst they are on hospital as you want for a number of months when they get home.....

Im enjoying work and i do believe ive made a good impression as my relationship with the director is excellent....hes txting me asking about the baby & tellng me to take 2 weeks off while i said no ill take 1 week for now & the 2nd later in feb....

The flat sale is vital!
Those of you that have been round, youve seen how small it is so we must now move in with parents till we find something (same price but moving slightly out)bigger....

Well, if you can't find a new flat, then we are all lost!

Obviously with the Spring coming up, its a great time to sell, but don't sit around too long, the market is due to go up, and if you sell in a low market then have to buy in a higher one, it might not be such a great move.

How about renting it until you find a house...or at least not accept an offer on yours until you have had an offer accepted on your new gaff?

Hi guys, sorry for not being around last few days but with working during the day (so i can have time off when she arrives) & then being at the hosp til 2am i havent had time....

At 11:50pm we had a baby girl, as miles said we have decided to call her Thalia (goddess of comedy app but i like the name) and she weighed 7lb 6!!
It was a caeserian birth and poor christina did go through it but shes now huggong and feeding her so alls well....

Thank you all so much on here as you have been great strength & while i may not have had the time to post i was popping in & reading some of your posts which gave me strength!!

Its a good size & not many come with their own underground garage....
Cant rent it out, to do it legit i need to change to buy to let mortgage and they want you to leave equity in it & i cant afford that, if i dont change it and leave as it is ill only be breaking even as its only going to get £850pm also i have to pay £100 service charge....

Will move in with parents for a tough 2 months & hopefully get a house 2 or 3 miles away where they cheaper....in 3 years when we find our feet we can think bout coming back to the area.....

They came home at 2pm....Thalias been excellent....
Sleeping a day and the cats have been well behaved also....

Yes, just outside M25, 2miles from here the houses are same price as our flat...
We sacrificing an excellent area for a bit of space but itll only be 3 years hopefully...

Where we are now is considered the best in enfield as the average house price is 1M!
The house next door sold for 1.2m last year so area wise its desirable with train station to the city in 20 mins opp ours....
