My interior is tan (cuoio) with black steering wheel/top dash and navy carpets and piping. I'm still waiting for the rubber mats I ordered before my car was delivered. I guess that three years on, they are not coming!

Blu Oceano too. My 3200 was Blu Nettuno which is similar in the dark but Oceano has more depth in sunlight.

Drove to work for the first time this morning and pottered all the way there (63 miles) at 65mph whilst fiddling with all the buttons etc. Looked at the trip computer and it said: Fuel consumption: 31.5 mpg!!! Awesome.
Blimey! I never managed that in either my old base GT or new GC MC! You must know how to drive sensibly! LOL

I've tried again today but the mpg hovers around 27 - 30mpg.
PS: I can call up the screen for MPG etc but it only displays for 10 seconds and then defaults to a duplication of the sat nav screen??
Is there any way I can retain the trip computer on screen?

You can keep it there by pressing the mode button and turning the RH dial so it shows range and mpg if I recall correctly. The manual is in the wallet Wayne, if all else fails??

That's right Dicky with the main screen - have you tried that Zoros? The display in the dash is just for a brief look.

The bizarre display is the range. If you fill up and then go and sit on the motorway at something like 70mph on cruise then the range can decide that you have 800 miles to go - madness!

Not seen more than 28mpg on mine. Average so far on over 20 thousand miles is about 21mpg. Not helped by the trip computer resetting itself every 10000km or so.

I dream of 21mpg! I average about 15. Nearer to 10 on a run-out with the boys.

Yeah, I know what you mean Bob, I always find it amusing that the (available) range can increase the further I go into a journey after I've burnt off more fuel LOL.
"every 10,000km"?!? OMG, how many miles a year do you do in it Bob?!? LOL. ...I think the most I've done in my Masers is 2000 miles per year!.

That sounds more like what I'm used to Benny. Although TBH you're doing pretty well to get 10mpg on an SCD run - you must be driving too slow!
Having said that, the 4200 Spyder is lighter than the MC GranCabrio, so c. 10mpg probably sounds about right.

I had it down to 5.1mpg at the 'Dads day out' charity event at Dunsfold park and I was doing similar at the ASDA Bruntingthorpe event last year. These things really like fuel when you push on.

Newell - welcome and congratulations on your new car.

I haven't been on here long myself and have also not posted much to be honest. However, I have read a serious amount of hours of posts and there is a lot of really good info on this forum.

I met up with some of the blokes at Ace last year and was warmly welcomed so I'm sure you will receive the same hospitality.

Enjoy driving your car. I bought mine from Dicky Grace on 10 Marc 14 with 59,700 miles. It's already up to 63,400. Woops. Ha ha.

As for fuel consumption. The best I've had so far was on the M6 southbound at 65-70 and had 24.7mpg. Country cruising 17-19mpg and 11-14 in Edinburgh. I do not want to see the amount I've spent on fuel but I know it's at least 8-10 tanks.
