Bowker Mas: It was the Swindon branch...Ross is it? He did well to flog it to me and I am sure the car was perfect (sounded like it). But we simply couldn't quite 'close the deal' price wise. It seems still to be for sale?

There are two identical remote controls in the GT and no one new what they are for. The car has a Larini exhaust so I looked at a video on YouTube it turns out the car has a remote controlled adjustable valve system.

If it's a noisy light blue spyder, then it's me. If it's a dark blue GS, it isn't! Although he lives in Nantwich too.

Hi Lee - possibly is the car. They knocked 2k off the asking price but it needed to come down a bit more IMO. Its pedigree sounded perfect though and Ross was a gentleman.
I pick mine up tomorrow courtesy of Richard Grace, Nr Chester, Cheshire. Another gentleman (you don't come across too many of those in the car trade!).
Things I cam across that you may/may not have thought about:
Pin Number for the Media System phone (not that many use it, it seems - it's all bluetooth/parrot now!
Code card for the keys. If you lose them it could cause delays getting spares from Maserati.
Warranty - I seem to remember that car you bought had a genuine Maserati warranty on it - correct?
Road tax went up on 1/4/14 by £10!!! [To £490].

Where exactly are you based?

Thanks for the reminders. Yes on the warranty. Had 12 months tax included in the deal.
I am near Stone in Staffordshire.

Mine is "Oceana" with beige (almost cream) interior - a great contrast. Is yours the same?
I am after some after market floor mats to 'save' the condition of the current carpet! I notice there are lots of companies that make bespoke carpets but none offer dark blue with cream piping - anyone know of someone who will do this?
Drove to work for the first time this morning and pottered all the way there (63 miles) at 65mph whilst fiddling with all the buttons etc. Looked at the trip computer and it said: Fuel consumption: 31.5 mpg!!! Awesome.
