I think that most Germans are somewhat hardened to the Adolf era and take the humour as its intended in most cases.Sure some will feel a bit "responsable" to a degree but that`s something they will all have to get over sometime.
After all.... we all historically..... have to get over something...Look at the brits atrocious use of the Brave Anzacs as cannon fodder in WWII ,whilst the british forces and officers were sitting on the beach drinking tea!!
And our own historic fighting style of “chuck as many poor soldiers as you can at the enemy and whoever has anyone left alive is the winnerâ€
Make no mistake gentlemen anything that involves war or conquest will have its attrocities and of all the mass murderers Gengis Khan (temujin) was the one person responsable for the most deaths in history.It's believed that at the time of his death in 1227, “he had been responsible for the death of around 20 million people, around one-tenth of the population of the known world at the time.†In a life filled with savagery and brutality.

Forgive the ramblings of an elderly retired parking warden, gents , take no notice , ive got the men in white coats coming for him shortly , seems the Labour cutbacks on the local sanatorium have passed him eligible for a tag, he's supposed to be back in at 6pm Mon - fri ,
