Always used it....good site.....can also see if cars taxed and how much it costs

iv always used it when buying a car, useful to check previous advisories and mileage

Interesting.

What annoys me most about MOTs is they've decided not to give you any evidence that the car has passed. Years of MOT certificates that used to be a clear reminder of when your car was due, gone. Petrolheads might manage it, but for me, this is a very easy way for the disinterested motorist to forget to MOT their cars - being cynical, but will there be a fine for not having and MOT, to help line the police coffers?

Woody, You can now sign up with DVLA for a text reminder for a couple of quid! As you say, doing it for the revenue....
