Mclaren Showroom Manchester (pics)

As the showroom had it's open evening last night, thought i would pay a visit, took the pics with my phone so the quality is sh!!te. Will go back for another visit with my proper camera.

The MP4 verdict; amazing, quality is second to none and in Orange with Black wheels, it shouts supercar. Bit different to a Ferrari 458 and will be more exclusive, seats are very comfy as well.

Was a nice sight to see an F1 car which was raced by an F1 Legend.

Saw one at Millbrook the other day in a light blue. Didn't think it would work with that colour, but it did.

Ah, not heard anything about the Brum one, the dealers look very plush, apparently, all the Ferrari/Maserati dealers are going to be re developed and look the same to Graypaul Brum.

Yep, that's what the guys at Graypaul Brum told me, they were the first to have the new look. Mind you, there could be cork tiles on the floor, pebbledash on the walls and space hoppers hanging from the ceiling and I wouldn't notice with all the cars to look at ;-)

BC...take a few pics of it....let us all see what the new corporate image and standards are like..........cos last time I was in Italy...the one dealership I looked at.....was well past its sell by date!

I have been in once, was a stunning showroom, had a Yellow 599 GTO in when i visited. Stratstone is currently under re development, so if i manage to get an apprenticeship there, i will be working in brand new premises.

It's a bit bland tbh, nice and clean and shiny, but not a lot of soul to it. It reminds me a bit of the McLaren Technical Centre. I suspect the McLaren showroom in Brum will be much the same.
I much prefer the look of somewhere like Dick Lovett in Swindon, loads of cars crammed in, bit of character to it.
