Its an interesting read and the conclusion is interesting. That consciousness probably doesn't exist. We are basically input - output machines responding to stimuli - just like the computer.

If you read the whole exchange it's pretty shallow. There's a complexity and disconnectedness that seems to be missing. I personally doubt it would pass a Turing test of sufficient length.
