I think you will find that there were only about 350 Gransport made in right hand drive. I remember seeing something on this but for the life of me I can't remember where

Thats incorrect Urby - 377 came to the UK alone.

There must have been the same again, or close to, for all the other RHD markets.

Malc, less than 200 rhd ghibli. Didn't realise there were so little rhd made.

Found my previous research:

Ghibli 92 to 94: 1,157
Ghibli 2.8 92 to 96 and Ghibli GT 95 to 98: 1,063
Ghibli 2.0 cup: 60
Ghibli 2.0 open cup: 23
The primatist is also included with the 2.8 production numbers.

RHD was only 132

Can't be very many left now!

What about the QP's I,II, III and IV? The current QP V has sold over 1000 in the UK alone.

You can get the numbers informatio and more in the heritage section of the Maserati UK website or if your Italian isn't up to much pop onto the US site as they have it in English.

To add another one to the list

MC12 quantity produced 50

and here's a lovely shot of the interior

Hi P, If you click on each model it'll bring up the total production numbers where they have them.

You would think so but it hasn't worked for it's predessor the ghibli (bi turbo version)

Malc

Not yet maybe, but as you stated less than 200 RHD and if you look at enrico's site there are not many LHD or RHD around these days.

It was and is a very unknown car outside real petrol head circles, if the Cup had not been such a ground breaking car in terms of BHP per Ltr it would be even more invisable.People just don't know what they are or can do.

These days a good Bi Turbo will fetch much more than even five years ago, just wait a while Malc a good honest car will fetch mainland europe money in another five years.
