355 looks a million times better but would say may feel slow by todays standards..But it is oh so beautiful.......

355 aint slow , mate has one, it does not feel that well put together though.

Personally, I would tend to disagree with your assertion that a 4200 won't keep up with a 355; I've kept up with, and led, several decently driven 355s over various types of roads and never noticed struggling to stay with them. They are a very nice car, albeit a bit fragile, but I wouldn't swap mine for one.
360 is the better car end of story.
