Again Bedford has quite strict noise levels I believe. Heard plenty of stories of Lotus' getting black flagged after a couple of laps.
Also heard the surface is ******* tyres.

Bedford is concrete I think and does shred tyres, even on 800kg Lotus'. A 1.7ton Maser would have a hard day!

donington would be expensive i bet as it has just been re vamped.

What about Mallory Park, that looks a decent circuit.

Most major tracks will cost loads but will do some digging this week.....Also most tracks will have a noise limit......

Mallory Park is not a main circuit is it? I dont know of any popular motorsport which races there.

Combe is a great track for us on the English side of the bridge but very kinky on noise.

Adam its the villagers close to the track usuall story.

Castle Combe is a very quiant oldy English village and they don't like the noise spoiling there tranquil life......Very close to the track.

Right I have knocked the proposed mf track day on the head so thought I better let you all know

Goodwood prices have become silly at £6250 plus vat makes it £300 a car for 25 cars plus any instructors......they don't have that many dates available so they are getting what they want

Have you considered Abbeville in France?
I'm off there at the beginning of March with my Lotus and Lotus on Track (LoT) for £130 including accommodation. Now I know that is ridiculously cheap and I think it has something to do with the fact that LoT use it so often and that the man that organises it is very well connected. However, it may be worth a look to see what they can offer? A bit more of an adventure too. And no noise restrictions!
