I'll get the rad out and both pressure and vacuum test it... That'll sort the blighter out!

Pity no silicone replacement kit available.
Actually compared to a lot of cars, there aren't many, and they are simple shapes.
I seem to recall a place that offered a silicone hose set for the 3200. I'm sure one of these companies could make up a set for the 4200/GS easily. Group buy?

For the uninitiated, what would be replaced, and what is the advantage of doing this? At a guess will the silicone hoses last longer or are there other advantages?

As the oldest are now over 10 years old, a replacement set of silicon hoses would be a good idea.
Certainly interested!

Mine is 10 now and that is old enough for hoses on any car IMHO hence the change is needed... I'll try to get a set made up, do we all think silicone then?
