Can I just say thank you to Miles, Matt, Enz, Graham, Alan and Paul for helping me retrieve the £50 the hotel took out of my account when I never bloody stayed there....Thats for you help gentlemen...they finaly admitted defeat today and I have been refunded. Took almost three weeks but got there in the end....Thanks for all the PM's back and forward.

I gave them some frank feed back on your stay.

I had avery apologetic email this morning. Plus in the middle of the week I had a 'tell us about your stay' email...So as you can imagine I do.

Glad it's sorted Andy. It's pretty shoddy that you had to jump through hoops to prove their error. Bunch of muppets.

It was one of those questionnaires Frank so mostly tick box but did put as few comments from the lads about check out was a 'shamble'...The staff were shocking etc.....The hotel was OK it was just the bloody staff.

I had a lengthy conversation with them about the fact I had to prove that one of my guest didn't leave without paying.............Complete **** up on their part and much hassle for me..

Shame Andy as the hotel was not half bad, infact ideal, its just staff let them down, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

What do you think they said......We had a few phone in sick and were short staffed....Not my problem I replied. In all fairness the one receptionist has been very helpfull from the start and bent over backwards to help but her hands were tied until the boss looked at it...Or was it because she was hot and I crumbled.

As you say Matt the Hotel was ideal...close to the evening food and I picked it because of the parking out the back......Trying to think of another with good parking for the next one which I'm struggling with for the money....

I thought the hotel was wonderful............great view out the back of the hotel a load of high performance Italian things parked up.

Only joking.........wonderful is not the word to use, as mentioned the staff were a little below the usual standard

The breakfast has possibly got its own forum by now..................

Just one more thought.....what would you do If you saw one of staff at a dealership and they were just about to touch your car..........just pause on that thought
