Gaz, we have stopped it due to lack of interest as most people had done the track 3 or 4 times.

I did see that the 5th gear track they use, Anglesey looks quite good, maybe Andy can look into this one maybe?

I looked at Castle Combe but that is a bit expensive!

Anglesey was more expensive than Combe..Think they wanted around 6k to hire the track...

Not sure about now, but Rockingham was always pretty cheap to race at, normally a good indicator that track days would be pretty cheap too.

Goodwood only have limited days due to the Nimby's who live near by having a fair amount of clout with the powers that be - unlikely you will get a slot that has not already been booked by events of track day companies.

Yeah, the ringleader being my father in law. He went to court in the 90's when Goodwood was applying for re commissioning of the track.

He was head of the opposion, I remember my wife telling me he stood up in court and started..."now listen here March" (as in the Earl of March) and continued to tear a strip off him.
