Many thanks for the photos Nick.
They really give the flavour of the event for those who couldn't attend and memories for those who did.
Super day out as ever - with thanks to Andy and Tess for the organising - and of course the cup cakes Mmmmm!
I was also (selfishly) glad there were so many Lotus present and (deja vue - Snetterton 1970 Lotus 47R John Miles) after 40 odd years I was kindly chauffered round for a few laps in a Cosworth engined track prepared beast which reiterated the advantages of light weight, good balance and rear wheel drive and how futile it is to imagine a vehicle which has none of these qualities could be more than a mobile chicane! Don't get me wrong, I love the Alfa and would prefer it for the public road, horses for courses.
I'm now slightly embarassed ;) 'cos I was hoping no-one had noticed my slide offtrack after the front let go in the rain. Unfortunately the camera does not lie!
I have a few pictures and video snippets which I will link to when I've got them sorted online.

Craking pics!! :) See you went to Alfaholics last year, you going this year??

Yes!!

I enjoy the free trickle round the track at lunchtime the chats with European Alfa owners and all those luvverly cars begging to be photographed all day.

Have you considered Dunsfold this year as I'm planning on going again and was hoping there might be enough enthusiasm for a club presence.
I did put up a post (http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/showthread.php?t=549866&referrerid=94494) but it was blanked so it doesn't look good.
Pity it had to be cancelled last year but I went anyway and I've got a wodge of photos/videos which I can post a link to if you think they may arouse interest.
Maybe the fact that it is a two day event may have put people off?

Will look out for you at Castle Combe for a chat, should be another grand day out!

Looked a good day out and the weather was forgiving.

I may pop over to Combe on the 5th as I'm only 5 minutes away.

Did anyone get a photo of the flipped car?
