£312.00 each is not a bad price then and compares with a few others. E-Tyres is a good price though!!!

The rears on mine need replacing, I've been quoted £239.95 (plus VAT) each for the original spec P Zero Rossos, fitted and balanced, by Bill McGraths. It seems a fair price to me.

Fronts have 3 mm left on them. I think I live with that for the moment.

It turned out the fronts had 3 mm on them but unfortunately not across the whole tread; the inside edges were nearly down to the canvas. Bill McGraths charged me £30 (plus VAT) to check the geometry and reported the front was toed-out too much, hence the inside edges being chewed up. They changed the toe to neutral and the car was transformed. Gone is all the nervousness and its desire to jump into the nearest hedge. Now it tracks straight and sure.

The downside being that although the car tracked straight it now needed a good heft on the steering wheel in corners. Particularly noticeable on roundabouts. Before it wanted to turn on every sniff of a corner. Two weeks later and new front P-Zeros have replaced the lopsided ones and she is back to behaving in corners again.

So now I have the best of both worlds: fluid cornering and rock-steady stability on motorways.

Fellow QP owners, I would recommend you have your car's toe angle checked. Having the right setting transforms the car.

That is a seriously good price, paid £330 4 months ago for my rears and that was the cheapest I could find at the time. I really wanted the Goodyear Eagle F1s but no one had them instock and they were actually listed as more expensive than the P Zeros, which surprised me.
