Sorry to hear this Matt and things like this can really be quite debilitating also affecting you, your family and all around you. It is good to recognise and accept it as that is of course the first stage towards change.
I never often go to bed or sleep before 12 unless I'm shattered and might power off way before on a rare occasion. I suspect it might be likely your work/business is a high contender for some if not all of your issues. I'm one of life's thinkers and my brain hardly ever switches off. I find films and watching podcasts actually related to the things I often find myself thinking off has helped me.
I don't go to bed unless I'm tired enough to sleep and bed is for sleep. I'll not eat, drink or do anything other than sleep in bed mainly. If I'm ever struggling to sleep or want to sleep I've got some noise cancelling closed headphones and I'll put on a couple of hour podcast or something which will send me off at some point regardless of my state.
What has helped me a great deal is to aim to start finding answers to questions. To worry less about stuff I can't control. To be more accepting of the things I can't control. The art of saying no to people is important and trying not to spread yourself too thin or to take on too much. Live life on your terms and not for or on behalf of others.
I expect it isn't just one thing but a few things rolling into one bigger issue. I've watched a lot the last 3 years about all sorts of stuff. Wanting to be better, more knowledgeable also understanding the brain, people, life, society and all sorts. It helps me to find some answers or even some solace with some kind of resolution to questions my brain is asking.
I'm not a big medicine man or fan of remedies to resolve issues especially when you haven't always had them. Normally there is a root source cause of any issue. It often feels further additives will mask or maybe increase complexity rather than finding or resolving the root source cause of any issues.
It is just searching, keeping open minded, a little creative thinking and I'm sure you wil nail it. You are a very decent person, a clever creative thinker and will likely face bigger issues in the future also likely have faced bigger issues previously.
I have watched a fair bit of Andrew Huberman and his studies of the brain are quite interesting. If we do certain things at certain times we can often face uphill battles and decrease our chance of success. I'm no idiot so if I can understand what these are and what is good to do and when also what is bad to do with when then your chances of positive outcomes are massively increased.
He says a lot about getting sunlight into your eyes first thing in the morning. Reducing blue light late at night. Not eating too late. There are many things most pretty simple and easy to employ. Check him out.
I rarely have issues sleeping and although I often don't sleep many hours it feels like the sleep is deep and with good quality.
