I need some advice!

Ok so I need some advice...

I have a lot of water in my boot under the battery... BUT boot carpet is not wet! Where is it getting in?!

Check the EPB module is OK, but likely ingress is the boot seal or the seal around the cable conduit into the boot lid.
Basically lock a small child in the boot with a torch and hose it down.

As above but the tub is also prone to ingress from the seals... water passes in whist driving.

Check the plastic trims in the boot shut are not clogged up underneath and also water has been known on this model to be coming through the rear lights.

We have one in at the moment with the same issue, will report back when we find it.

I’d like to say this could be the case but... embarrassingly... I haven’t driven her since Christmas morning...
I’m moving house and been packing at every spare moment Iv had

Plastic trims are not clogged? Why could that be an issue? They are a bit dirty to be honest!

Mine has a little ingress and like you no sign of damp carpet, I suspect the join between tub and rear panel as that joint was wet, but as it’s with Matt and Ash I have asked them to take a look.
