Just FAB Andy...did you have any mods on yours?
Standard Enzo ... To be honest it was a track car and as such didn't need anything added ... It was a bit of an animal ....
Adam, a job as a photgrapher .. Well done you.. Start of something big maybe.
Well done Adam, that's great news...
Looks fantastic, bet it went like a dream
Thanks for the tips and advice Andy i will probably buy a book on the camera i am interested in, just been to a camera shop near me, they have a used but in great condition canon eos 350d, they had a nikon d40 and d50 in and i prefferred the canon, will most probably go back on Monday and get it, it is up for £230.They approached you, very classy!
Cameras come and go.... your biggest long term investment will be in glass, so choose your system based on who makes the best lenses for your purposes, even if you think you can't afford it yet (you don't go buying everything at once anyway, more likely you'll build up over time). Look at renting as a way to try before you buy. Unless the mag has has an equipment pool or a preference, but even then think long-term and trust your own judgement.
Finally, make sure you know your kit inside out before you need to use it on a job, and learn about lighting (as in flashes) and in particular off-camera lighting as soon as you can. It's tricky but will soon have you streets ahead of the others in creating images that really stand out from those of your colleagues.
Sorry if this is teaching you to sucks eggs... on the other hand feel free to PM me if you'd like more info on anything. Happy to help in any way I can.
