Hello from North Essex

Good morning - first time Maserati owner - 2019 Quattroporte 3D Gran Lusso in silver with black interior. Only had it a couple of months. Don't do many miles but really enjoying it. Only irritation is DAB radio reception is rubbish - cuts out in places where I've never had a problem in other cars. When it happens I try switching to FM but that seems to suffer at the same time. Wondered if this is a known problem or whether it can be checked out. The car is going back to the dealer shortly for warranty work so I can ask them to look into it.

Welcome. Sounds like a dodgy aerial maybe, but no experience of QP6. I find DAB in my Merc and others is very dependant on the radio station you are listening to.

How North? I live in Harlow and DAB is nothing short of a waste of time.

I'm north/ east of Colchester on Suffolk border. All DAB stations disappear at the same time. Reception in other cars is generally good.

This is exactly what I've found, but never found a car that had good reception <shrug> I don't even get worthwhile reception with an Android head unit and dedicated DAB antenna / software. It's *better* but still basically useless.

Seen the antenna issue a few times it runs under the headlining. If you scan it, it will probably give you an antenna fault.

My old stamping ground. Back when, I was banned from every pub in Maldon at one time or another. Except perhaps The Swan. But I think that's because we never went to The Swan, now I come to think of it.
