Personally, I wouldn’t be overly concerned about a stored car. Let’s face it, cars that do 1000 miles a year are mostly stored. Depending on how and where it was stored it might have been started fairly regularly. If not, bearings never fully dry out, so you are looking at the difference between one start with less oil or 100s of cold starts, still with no oil pressure but a bit more of an oil film. Modern oils are pretty phenomenal in this respect.
Things like condition, battery age, brakes and wheel bearings would concern me more, but if they’re good, they’re good.
