Hi Gents

A little more help if I may.

Has anyone ever removed the plastic boot liner in a gs or similar. It's the bucket shaped bit under the boot floor that has foam stuck to it. I've removed all acres and nuts but it feels almost glued or fixed underneath.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you removed the boot trims on each side?

Hi it's not the carpet part. I already have that out there's a plastic bowl type liner under that.

Sorry slight misunderstanding, sorry never had the spare wheel well out, I imagine it wil have some sort of sealant that may be holding it in, good luck & keep us posted.

They leak so many use silicone to seal them.

They leak from underneath ? So ill have to just prize it off ?

Ive definitely taken the whole lot out. Cant remember how though :S. Im convinced water gets in from underneath. It is so exposed.

I removed mine to check the CC fluid, once all nuts are removed it just pulls out, i don't remember it being too difficult but as others have said it may well have been sealed in. I did not see any signs of water ingress though.

You should be able to push it a bit through the heat shield from underneath.

I took mine out, no issues. I suspected there's a missed screw or three.
