Hi Tim

I have to be honest and say the Automotion boys are brilliant and they are scrupulously fair and honest - you can trust them if they say something needs replacing then it actually will need replacing. To be brutally honest I probably wouldn't have bought the car if I didn't have them around as running a Maser without such support could prove rather costly!!

I got an '02 4200 (Coupe over here for some reason!) Turns out it was owned virtually all it's life by one man in the UK (a forum member so every last nut and bolt/service history accounted for!) who sold it to a guy who then imported it to Canberra when he emigrated. Unexpected circumstances meant he had to go back to the UK so I snapped it up.....and I've been way more than delighted ever since!!

I actually live in Mount Crosby, about 15mins from Kenmore. I had a friend who used to live in Mitchelton and it's about 35-40mins from me through Gap Creek Road etc

Good luck with the new projectc but keep the focus on the Trident...they are amazing!!

Cheers

What were the 145's like to drive? We never got them or the 146's here in Aus, I always wanted to try one though

Coxy

Follow the line of 'refinement' from Sud > 33 > 145. Definitely smoother than the Sud or 33 but lacking *some* of that brio.

My 146Ti was a nice hot hatch.
2lt twin spark, quick rack steering etc.
But certainly no match for the boxer engine sound track with a nice autodelta exhaust like I had on my 33P4!
