Hi all,
At some point later this year I need to replace our family daily.
Current car is an entry level Range Rover Sport, 2016, Autobiography.
What should I be considering.…
Yes - I/we love the Range Rover Sport.. and the temptation to replace with another of the same is strong,Question is do you like JLR after your recent experience?
I have dipped my toe with an Evoque and am mightily impressed so will look to a Velar next.
if you're after another Chelsea tractor then I can thoroughly recommend one of these. not mine by the way, mate of mine just bought this, must say it's spectacular and fooking fast

They’re about £240k!! If I were looking for a family SUV, I’d be driving a few. As suggested the Stelvio QV, not driven one but can’t be that far off a Levante. The Levante S Gransport is an absolutely awesome car, and the best I’ve driven along with a Cayenne S which is a superb car throughout. Far better than a RRS in my opinion.
That is a big premium to the basic price. What happens if you try and order a Lambo with minimum options?
Mate got a 488 last year and he put £40k of garnish on it. Dealer was not really interested otherwise. At another price point, a different mate has just ordered a Macan and they typically get £15k of options according to the salesman. I always try to keep it to 10% of the list price for extras but that seems tight these days! Well part apart for the GranTurismo which is well equipped as standard. I bet they change that with its replacement plus add £40k to the list price...
£70k Porsche’s and Bluetooth, Nav, and heated seats are all options...
Completely agree, and even Lamborghini state in the handbook it is not an off road vehicle. That Lambo is mental money, i’d Have 3 rather fab alternatives sat in the driveway over that any day...... with change.
