That sounds a bit far fetched Dem! Liverpool aren't being conspired against, it's just that they pay a cannibal that never quite finishes the job.

I think 'Fergies Associates' would have a better ring to it! However, Liverpool aren't always the victims Dem, no matter how much they like to think they are.

That's good to know Dem. I am glad that, despite the fact he is probably the best footballer in the Premiership, his own fans can see through it and recognise him for the dirty, cheating scumbag he really is. No doubt someone will come in for him with offer a lower price, buy him and just 'put up' with his antics. World football should collectively force him out. The game doesn't need tw4ts like him, they have enough already.

Having said all that, is it any worse than head butting or an elbow or a bad tackle........are we all getting whipped up into a frenzy by media, forums and other opinions...........ban him, fine him and also truly help him............

P

Massively worse, any of us who've played footy will have made bad tackles, stray elbows etc. I've never head butted anyone but it's not that rare. Biting is just unbelievable!

Forgive my ignorance but if FIFA bans him surely that would only apply to the national games?

Possibly, I don't know the ins and outs of it all but FIFA/UEFA should have the power to make sure he never plays again. Wonderful talent but this is the third incident, clear as day. Abhorrent.

Worried I am agreeing with Benny.

Once, twice but 3 times when will Football learn that this is not acceptable behaviour and does nothing to promote the game. Don't forget there have also been charges of racial abuse as well. The problem is other than ban him for a longer period of time what can the FA or FIFA do. If they try to drive him out he will argue his right to earn a living is being constrained and that will be against his human rights.

Worse for Liverpool as they will have to pay him unless of course they can sack him due to severe misconduct unless of course they can off load him to somewhere else but who would be brave enough to 1, take him & 2, pay Liverpool to take him off their hands.

he aint going now.........no one will have him

reckon it depends on the length of ban, so the guy on SN said this morning FIFA can ban him from domestic leagues as well. so if he gets say 24 game ban or even a year it could be quite hard to sell.

Speaking as one with no real interest in the game, and insulated from any media in the UK (or indeed outside Asia which is far more concerned about water shortages and Dengue fever), I feel I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, Frank that 'Yes' it is much worse.
