Feeling a little low

Not a good start to the day, had my central heating and hot water boiler condemned this morning and have been 'cut off' so no hot water or heating.

This isn't good as there are certain budgetary requirements for me to get a Maserati and this blows them out the water as I now have to get a new boiler fitted.

4 weeks before we moved into our current house out boiler in the house we sold went bang...I was gutted...especially as it cost 3k to put right....
