Craig was kind enough to get some carbon kevlar pads and a valve control kit from Formula dynamics for me. Obviously the pads will take some time for me to test fully, but initial impressions are very good.

The control kit especially seems highly comprehensive, with a very small control box, good feeling remotes, t-pieces, splices and just about everything a man could need. I estimate max 2 hours to install taking it *very* slowly.

Will report back further next week :)

Oooh, exhaust valves.
Could have been engine valves, some special timing kit, who knows...

He does at the moment but won't very soon when he gets the 4.7GTS MC Valved boxes installed, hence the need for a valve control kit.

Is Craig a forum member? Ive been looking at those pads but fear the shipping cost from the US would be steep.

He is, but that won't fix the shipping. As Matt mentioned you can try Torenno. If you're quick I have a couple of guys coming over in a couple of weeks. I may be able to persuade them to put a set next to my ultimate pedals.

Cheers for the offer....what price are they? Got my 4 year service on Monday and rear shock replaced at the same time, so it's going to be a costly month if Emblem find anything else on my GTS.

It's the import duties which will kill it as much as the shipping.

You could try Noor at Torino Performance as he stocks most FD stuff here in the UK:

As Matt said... Noor is well worth a call. The prices even out compared to getting them sent, and loads easier. I carried a set of front disks back last winter, which saved money but was a pain in the ar5e, frankly.
