Cpt Cook and his exploits should be celebrated more not less.
He and his crew were the astronauts of their day.
Small ship, not really knowing where they were going, not knowing if they would return, **** food, meeting aliens. Brilliant map maker, negotiator ............................. on and on
One leader and you did as you were told or else!

Seems some people have slight double standards. I'm no criminal but am not perfect or whiter than white. I'm sure we have all done some things we shouldn't have done. I am sure we have made poor judgement calls or done some things that were wrong.

Nobody is perfect. Obviously there are different levels and high powered high profile people likely have a whole different level to bear. Are all the protesters and anyone making such a song and dance about some things that might not even exist whiter than white. I'm guessing not.

Just been sent this truly shocking video of Police overbearing and brutal dealing of a situation a couple of years ago. This is the kind of thing that seems to be going on regardless of skin colour. We know the US have many issues but their depths are seemingly unfathomable.

This video will shock and shows footage of a police officer shooting dead a civilian in quite cold circumstanced.

Shocking and totally unessessary , I have a few worse than that which are black on black though I don't think they should be posted on here

They .....whoever they are, have the feeling after the last couple of riots and demonstrations that the traditional British way of life and voice of reason , is on the defensive , and on the run , it's absolutely crazy , and exactly what I meant earlier about " be carefull what you wish for " what's on the surface of this initial protest , has nothing to do with the underlying motives , it's about breaking down the fabric of our society .
And these guys who ever they are haven't a clue how to fix it once they have broken it down to chaos .
Its about time it was put to bed ( possibly by the army ) , we are at a delicate stage over the next 12 months , coming out of Covid , a nigh on broken economy that needs rebuilding , and Brexit WTO on the horizon ,we have never been weaker as a nation , and this kind of chaotic frenzy being whipped up now of all times is designed to finish us off .
Wise up peeps what's on the surface to gain sympathy by exposing the deeds of our forbearers is not what's underneath , let it take hold is the biggest mistake

The action/incident is something I wasn't aware of at all or others like it. I had no idea these issues existed or how bad they might be. This is the only reason I posted it as others may be unaware as well. Awareness of issues is important I think. You can make your own mind up after that.

This one is ridiculous. You can see the blood pooling under the old man's head immediately and the cop told to leave him on the ground bleeding by his superior

Just as an after thought ,it doesnt appear to be in the public domain " google" but i wonder if the astonauts carry any defensive weapons when on flight missions or moon landings .....................its something before your post has never crossed my mind , but the thought of Cook landing for the first time on foreign lands being faced with some marauding local inhabitants one can be forgiven for using the tools available to defend ones self and ones crew

that is shocking but with their ridiculous antiquated "right to bear arms" it means pretty much every tom, dick or harry owns a gun/guns, it's no wonder cops are nervous when confronting individuals as in a split second a hand gun can be pulled and if you look at 1.54 it does look like the guy is reaching behind his back, just look on you tube to see how many cops are killed and/or injured by guns suddenly being pulled on car stops etc

tame example but more graphic ones showing cops killed/injured

According to Zero Hedge ;) I believe they carry “Mars, Milky Way, Star and Galaxy bars” in order to supress any alien upset.....trade gifts.
If that doesn’t diffuse the tension I believe these are threatened as a last resort.71274
