It makes you wonder what he paid for it ???
It is another world. Car has done over 3000 miles since it failed its last MOT a year and a half ago. They say they will MOT it but the suspension light is on. Shame about the interior condition. Mind you have to admire them for having a go!

Yes, that’s pretty much my experience: paid 12 for the 3200 and over 2.5 years of ownership I’ve spent 6, which included a very thorough going over at Emblem. I’m just into my second summer road trip through France and really enjoying the car. IMHO anyone looking to buy one of these should seriously consider the higher mileage cars, with good service history, that actually get used - ie with proven reliability - over anything else, particularly the low mileage high priced garage queens that will probably shake out a lot of faults as / if they’re ever really brought back into use …
How's the trip going?

Never seen a white 3200 before. Is that a Maserati original colour or a respray?
About 1% of the maserati 3200 were painted in bianco birdcage, 51 cars.
Most of them probably went in Japan.

Birdcage White … what a good name! I can see that appealing to the Japs whereas I think we Europeans mostly opt for either something classically understated or rather vibrant.

they really suit that white imo
Reminds me of the Porsche GP white I had on a 911 Carrera SC, which I regarded as a classic colour at the time (late 80s early 90s). But, I had quite a bit of difficulty with that colour when I came to trade it in; dealers told me that they’d find it a hard sell in white although I loved it personally …
