Not read other posts as I'm heading off to bed but...
I drive an Elise S1, which is more about the handling than a Maserati - it's fairly close to a giant go kart.
Anyway, for road use, the recommendation in Elise circles, and indeed what I chose to do was to stick with OEM rubber bushes for suspension components.
Personally, I wouldn't look at a Maserati any differently.
For a race car, or heaving track use, rose joints would be on my list. I don't think I'd be looking for these personally..
