Would like to know if there is any intrest in getting these manufactured for our cars. The mechanic I use has already spoke to the companey and if enough intrest (sales) they would be intrested in making them.

I can get a list of costs but for other car brands there are cheaper than original parts.

i think for me given the problem of the casting splitting i would not entertain anything other than complete suspension arms. i fitted these to both my TVR's and it was not the best upgrade i ever did, not convinced, i think if you are racing, maybe.

I'm inclined to agree with Davy on this for the same reason, but also for the benefit of a new balljoint. Chances are it won't be that long after fitting new bushes that you'll be changing the arm anyway for a worn balljoint and having seen a few pics on here of joints failed (although we don't know the reason), I think I'd err on the side of caution.

I used to rally a Clio 2.0... Thought i was being clever and replaced bushes in std arms with these and set off to do tour of mull rally....... Had to retire day 2 as they went soft and gave the car the handling of an out of control shopping trolley...

For me 2 options.... Either standard oe replacement or equivelent (monroe, lemforder) or if its a competition car a factory developed rose jointed arm....

Not for me thanks...

(I wonder would monroe do them?? My work is the N Ireland distributor........i could ask....)

TVRs and 3200s, what are you thinking? Why should we listen to anything you say ever. Ever again?!!!!

Fitting these would solve the galvanic corrosion issue that occurs with the standard bushes and should stop the arms splitting. As long as they're properly designed for the weight of the car and loads on the arms, they should be a good thing.

Not read other posts as I'm heading off to bed but...

I drive an Elise S1, which is more about the handling than a Maserati - it's fairly close to a giant go kart.
Anyway, for road use, the recommendation in Elise circles, and indeed what I chose to do was to stick with OEM rubber bushes for suspension components.
Personally, I wouldn't look at a Maserati any differently.

For a race car, or heaving track use, rose joints would be on my list. I don't think I'd be looking for these personally..
