CAR AUCTIONS

I'm not expecting that to sell. Surely he'll have a high reserve on something that is so personal to him, and that will have a cost him a fortune to have had produced. A standard 2005 spyder might be mid-teens at auction. And I'd want this body-kitted version for less than a standard car.

It's interesting that they went for the same angled grill just like on the 2017 facelift of the Gran Turismo

It looks like it sits way too high. Needs to be significantly lower.
I think that's due to the black paint on the lowest parts. Photoshop it red and I suspect the car will be magically 15mm lower.

There is a lot there that really works and is well resolved overall.

The front looks fabulous, the rear splitter and the paint job to draw the eye down the side both work well other than the rear quarter looks a little fussy by the paint job not lining up with the car's actual bodyparts, the tonneau cover is fabulous but surprised we don't see the roof up (has it been junked or too much faff to remove the cover?), the wheels are another great addition, and whilst I am not a fan of tan seats with red paint, the seat design looks a massively significant improvement on stock if just lacking a little in execution.

I wonder what it will reach.

One for mr @hashluck – especially if it stays near that price.
The two available on the open market are €250k-€300k so this could be a bargain.

Can you buy it so I can drive it? Aside from the E24 B7 Turbo S, it's pretty much the holy grail for Alpinas for me...
Superb. But I am having enough trouble getting parts from Europe post-Brexit let alone a whole bloody car. So. No. Also coming to terms with parting with my E92 B3 GT3 (one of 3 UK RHD).

I've just imported a Jaguar from Spain into France that I bought blind and drove back.
The process is as easy as the one I bought from Belgium the same way the other year.
Certainly not bringing one from the UK anymore sadly.

Be interesting to see what this black on black one does ... not a great colour combination, and is there something not quite right about that RH headlamp / bonnet alignment, or is it just Ferrari build quality(?)

No that dosent look right to me having owned one.
The worst build quality on these is the front doors window regulator assembly and very time consuming to get right.

Sold pre auction it would seem. Never know with CC but that's what it says. I do like the boomerangs on the Rosso Mondiale.

That’s this car:

Just call and make you offer inc fees prior to AT ad being withdrawn?

Think I'd rather get it for much much cheaper than what he's offering.

Jayemm used my car in a video and we discussed the Maserati. He is still in touch with the current owner so if it doesn't meet reserve I'll drop him a message.

Well clearly yes, I think it’ll be around £19k at auction.
