I think he's pulling Boris' already taunt strings making any centre ground here and now on Brexit/EU/Remain/GE impossible. I suspect Boris' is a bit obtuse politically, comes out with shîte and makes inappropriate comments but left to his own devices I think he'd make a reasonable fist of Brexit. This guy seems to be trying to turn him into Trump.co.uk and alienating just about everybody including his own brother, let alone his party.
