The biggest thing with these calipers is making sure that the all of pistons are moving freely. Seen lots of issues of sticky pistons causing brake binding.

Run of the mill cars with single pistons are less prone in my experience.

@Zep what would you advise to do to check?

Would anyone recommend, whilst doing the brakes, to check anything or use any grease/cleaner whilst everything is off?

All of the pistons in the caliper. They should all move out smoothly together if none are sticking. The challenge is that making sure they don’t come too far out and pop out. You’ll also need a second person to pump the pedal.

As for things to check, chaffing wires / pipes. The rubber boots on the ball joints. Subframe for corrosion. Springs for breakages and shocks for leaks.

Everything was fine, in and out no problems, not really noticeable to most but the new disks look great!

I can see your point.

Just the amount the Government will want out of that amount before the cost of me putting the lights on and firing the compressor up.
Thankfully I don't have any rent to pay but if you did you're working for nothing.

My friend has a garage ;-)
Doesn't specialise in Maserati's just a general car garage, but luckily it's not a specialist job.
Also does MOT'S haha :)

Much the same deal I get from my local chap these days. He was mobile for a couple years and I've tried to support as much as I can. Now he has a place, and I still get decent rates. Even if I help!
