Folks, my CC has had it's NIT replaced just before I bought it. It has a changer in the boot, which accepts discs, and the buttons light up green, but the info centre claims there are no CD's
Any thoughts? I'd like to get it working so I can get one of those cables to plug in my iPod.

TIA

On mine when you press the button which changes radio to CD the first screen says no CDs then the next has what CDs and plays.

In mine the first one is the CD player in the armrest, which works fine. The second one is the problem, and it's the changer.

I have the satnav CD in the arm rest. The boot changer can be a bit tempormental, can jump over bumps and it doesn't always play CDs you have done yourself

My changer occasionally works but usually doesn't. However, we've just done 600 miles in the last week and we only used the radio in the last 75 miles to listen to the football!

These Bluespot bootchangers are notorious- If you look on e bay I seem to remember there is a company that overhauls them- They did mine for me a couple of years ago for a reasonable sum- You have to remove it and send it off....This is the only way to fix them....

Thanks! I may well give it a try. Either that, or get a loudlink as I really only want an iPod.

Not had a response from them either.
